UISOLAR clamping hooks are the railless solution for the installation of Metal Roof, with different clamping hooks applied to different shape of metal roof. UI-TR series Standing seam clamp is fixed to the raised metal sheet on the roof, Non penetration is needed. SS-04 series mounting kit is designed for trapezoidal shape metal roof sheet. This is the common hook for most steel roof.
Applicable to corrugated or trapezoidal iron roofs. (1)The bracket is fixed to the roof with screws and is usually equipped with a rubber gasket at the bottom to ensure waterproofing. It can be directly connected to the photovoltaic track and is easy to install. (2) Customized trapezoidal bracket Designed for trapezoidal iron roofs, it can accurately match the trapezoidal corrugations of the roof. There is a special waterproof rubber pad at the bottom of the bracket, which ensures a firm installation and excellent waterproof performance.
Pile Ground Mounting is one of strong structure of UISOLAR. Steel post can easily dig into the earth around 1.4 meter by machine. The Single Ground mounting have highly corrosion resistant as the hot-dip galvanizing average layer thickness is more than 80μm.
L feet and hanger bolts are used in tin roof installation. Commonly used hanger bolts are M10*200, M10*250 and M12*300.Of course, customized are available here.
The UISOLAR Carport can be both for waterproof or no need waterproof. Different base( Concrete base and ground screw base) can be workable.
FRP walkways are acid-base corrosion resistant, insulating and easy to install. It is specially designed to ensure the safety of the solar rooftop walkway area. FRP walkways system include gratings and connection fittings.They are used in power plants, chemical plants, water treatment and oil platforms and other corrosion environment.
New Aluminum ballast mounting is suitable for flat Concrete roof. Aluminum structure don't need penetrate to the roof, all the solar panel will connect as a whole part and increase the strength. Adjustable bracket range is 10-35 deg.
The solar carport can be used for commerical and residential areas to protect cars from rain and snow and save electricity cost.
Concrete Roof mounting is designed for the Flat concrete Roof and Ground Mounting for one panel per array. Any Clearance height from the panel and to the ground will be easy to come true to get better heat dissipation. None Penetration to the roof.
UISOLAR solar clamps are made of Aluminum 6005-T5 and can be suitable for the solar panel with the thickness 25~50mm. It can be equipped with different nuts and applicated with different length of bolt to meet different requirement. The color can be both Silver and Black. Grounding pins can be added to the clamps to make it grounding purchase.
The Fixed simple triangle solar brackets is cost-effective. It can be installed penetrate into concrete base for solar panel mounting. Fold design allows for easy transportation, and easy mounting.
