ST6 Solar steel Ground Mounting is usually applicable to the open filed and ground. It has good strength and can be easy to install for solar panel mounting.
FRP walkways are acid-base corrosion resistant, insulating and easy to install. It is specially designed to ensure the safety of the solar rooftop walkway area. It not only effectively extends the service life of commercial and industrial rooftop, but also provides a safe pathway for the equipment installed on the roof. FRP walkways system include gratings and connection fittings.They are used in power plants, chemical plants, water treatment and oil platforms and other corrosion environment.
BIPV Waterproof Carport Solar Mounting System is a highly pre-assembly system which is suitable for both residential and commercial projects. While protecting the car from rain, snow, wind and frost damage, it can also provide power generation benefits, which can power the electric cars. The whole structure is made of aluminum and fastener will be stainless steel . The capacity can be customized according to customer's requirements. OEM is acceptable.
UISOLAR solar clamps are made of Aluminum 6005-T5 and can be suitable for the solar panel with the thickness 25~50mm. It can be equipped with different nuts and applicated with different length of bolt to meet different requirement. The color can be both Silver and Black. Grounding pins can be added to the clamps to make it grounding purchase.
The solar roof mounting solution used for pitched metal roof, using rail and L shape feet to fix the panel. Different types screw would be used basing on the beam material and structure.
UISOLAR rail included two types, one is solar roof rail, another is solar ground rail. Roof rails are used in roof mounting. Ground rais are used in ground mounting. They are made of extruded anodized aluminum and it can be made standard length and customized length . It has silver and black design. These rails are applied in commercial and residential solar system.
Applicable to corrugated or trapezoidal iron roofs. (1)The bracket is fixed to the roof with screws and is usually equipped with a rubber gasket at the bottom to ensure waterproofing. It can be directly connected to the photovoltaic track and is easy to install. (2) Customized trapezoidal bracket Designed for trapezoidal iron roofs, it can accurately match the trapezoidal corrugations of the roof. There is a special waterproof rubber pad at the bottom of the bracket, which ensures a firm installation and excellent waterproof performance.
Ground Mounting 90deg Vertical ground The Ground mounting have highly corrosion resitant as the hot dip galvaning average layyer thickness is more than 80um. 1. It can applied to concrte block and piling foundation. 2. Easy to clean solar panels 3. The structure is simple and the bracket is fixed by bolts and pressure blocks.
The R22#55 rail, hanger bolt, and L-feet combination is a great choice for installing solar panels because it's both strong and easy to set up. It suitable for corrugated or trapezoidal roof.
